In this guide, I will show you how to get first place on google in one day using Local SEO and Google my Business. This method worked for me and it is very simple to implement, anyone can do it. Unless you are facing an expert competitor you should rank first yourself with zero experience. Either way, you should rank at least the top 3 on google using it.

On the top of first google page just after Google Ads results are the Google my Business results.
List your business and target your main Keyword
The first step is going to Google my Business website and add your business if you haven’t done this yet. You need to make sure you use the main keyword as the company name. For example, if you own a dental clinic in New York, your company title should be like “Dental Clinic New York”. If your business was already listed then just edit your company name.
Also, take some minutes and pick as many services and business categories as you can that best describe your company and make sure you add more photos than your competitors.
Optimize to get business first on google for your main keyword.
After you are listed and got your business name right and added all your photos, let’s move on and do some optimization.
Go to the info page from the left menu and find the description or info field. Look for this icon: 
and click edit. You should max out the characters allowed in this field using a text that contains your keyword once and describes your business.
The next step is to select Posts from left menu and add all your products and active offers.
By now we are almost ready but the next step is really important as a ranking factor.
Get some positive reviews!
To do that, you need to select Home from left menu than look for “Get more reviews” and click on “Share review form” than send it to your recent or returning customers and ask them to leave a positive review.
You should already rank your business first on google.
Wait about 1-24 hours until all information has updated. Than search for the keyword and look for your business. If you are not already first place just add more photos and get more reviews.
Also make sure you include main keyword in the services list. If the service is not predefined go to Services > Add another Service > Add Custom Service.
Remember most business neglect this important aspect to get exposure. You should not! It is free, fast and effective.
